AHC30 forte is the strongest antiperspirant I know so far! It contains 30% aluminium chloride which is enough to reduce or even stop sweating on the thicker skin layers of your hands and feet. Compare this with other products like Odaban, Yerka and so on. Most products contain only 12 to 20% in maximum.
Remedy: It will take some time. One month of daily usage is normal, then you'll hopefully recognize that your sweating occurs later and stopps faster. This will be the first relief. After a while the transpiration might reduce about 80 to 90%. Always remind, wonders STILL don't exist! And never will in further future. Only in some cases people could stop their hyperhidrosis palmaris completly. But it's worth a try because a bottle of AHC30 forte only costs like 30 Euros (incl. shipping to NL!) and if this sounds expensive to you, remind that the 50 ml bottle will last 6 months or longer.
Another therapy I would recommend is a combinated one: Use 5 days a week AHC30 forte and 2 days a week Antihydral Creme which you can buy at the pharmacy.
Feel free to ask any questions. I've started batteling my sweaty palms back in Poland ages ago ... where no remedies were in sight. Ouh! So call me an expert.
